Ayush Saha

St John, Newfoundland

Ayush arrived in Canada in December 2021 as an international student at George Brown College, pursuing a diploma in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Like many newcomers, he balanced academics with financial pressures, taking on various jobs—from cleaning grocery stores to working at Subway, delivering food, and serving as a retail sales associate.

These early roles revealed his strengths in relationship-building and problem-solving, aligning perfectly with his passion for sales and marketing. After a five-month job hunt, Ayush secured his first opportunity in direct sales at the entry level. His drive and resilience helped him rise to the role of Executive Manager.

Eager for a new challenge, Ayush relocated to an island a year later to rebuild from scratch under a six-month management training program. With nothing but grit, discipline, and a mindset to be 1% better every day, he’s committed to lasting success and long-term impact in the business world.

Ameya Jaison

North York, Ontario

In 2018, Ameya immigrated to Canada and, like many newcomers, navigated the journey of settling in a new country — from completing her education to securing a work permit and eventually earning permanent residency. Her first major role was as a Supervisor at Amaya, a well-known restaurant, where she spent over two years. The pay was competitive, the schedule was flexible, and she gained valuable leadership experience. However, Ameya eventually realized that the role offered limited growth, and was ready for a more challenging path.

Motivated to advance her career, she made the decision to move on and explore new opportunities. That led her to apply at Outreach, where she was fortunate to be hired. Through dedication, continuous learning, and a drive to excel, she progressed within the company and, within just 1.5 to 2 years, was promoted to Executive Manager.

She is proud of her journey — from newcomer to Canada to taking on a leadership role in a respected organization.
